Jousiamme käytetään monissa jokapäiväisissä asioissa, ja ne ovat tärkeitä monissa ympäristöissä ja sovelluksissa. Emme kuitenkaan ole ennen nähneet jousiamme hatturipustimina Lontoon hionoimpien ravintoloiden kylpyhuoneissa.

Tiesitkö, että Lesjöfors on merkittävä kierrejousien ja kaasujousien jakelija Venäjän autoteollisuudelle 6.-7.4.2019 venäläiset edustajamme osallistuivat Phaeton Expoon ja kokivat kaksi kiinnostavaa päivää.

Vuosi 2018 oli Lesjöfors-konsernille mieleenpainuva vuosi. Emme ole ennen kokeneet tälläistä myynnin kasvua. Strategiamme perustuu hajautetuun rakenteeseen, jossa työskentelemme lähellä asiakkasta. Tämä on tärkein menestystekijämme.

Tianjinissa 25. maaliskuuta Kiinan Lesjöforsin toimitusjohtaja Mikael Andersson sai arvostetun “Excellent Quality Supplier of 2018” -palkinnon, jonka myöntää yksi ilmasto- ja energiateknologian johtavista toimijoista Danfoss.

Velleuerin työntekijöillä on hyvät mahdollisuudet kehittää taitojaan ja ottaa uusia askelia urallaan. Opintokäynti muiden teollisuusyritysten tiloissa on yksi tapa parantaa osaamista. Toinen on paikallisen teknisen akatemian jatkokoulutus.

Lesjöfors on nyt julkaissut uuden version 3D CAD -palvelusta. Uudessa versiossa on enemmän ominaisuuksia, ja olemme pyrkineet tekemään hakukoneesta entistä käyttäjäystävällisemmän.

Emoyhtiö Lesjöforsin tukemana European Springs & Pressings investoi miljoona euroa uuteen käämityskoneeseen. Se on ensimmäinen kaltaisensa Isossa-Britanniassa.

Laajaa tuotevalikoimamme on nyt yltänyt uuteen maanosaan Australiaan. Australian laadukkaiden varastojousien asiantuntija ASI Springs on päättänyt lisätä valikoimaansa erilaisia ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja Lesjöfors-vääntöjousia Australian markkinoilla.

Lesjöfors keskittyy jatkuvasti tuotannon tehostamiseen automatisoiduilla prosesseilla kaikissa yksiköissä. Näin ollen latvialaiseen yhtiöön on asennettu uusi männänvarren kokoamislaite kaasujousien tuotantoa varten.

Lesjöfors har ett ständigt fokus på att effektivisera produktionen vid alla enheter genom automatiserade processer. Som ett led i detta har en ny monteringsmaskin för kolvstänger installerats i det lettiska gasfjäderbolaget.

Slovakian Lesjöfors on palkittu jo kolmannen kerran yhtenä maailman parhaasta toimittajasta Kiekert-yhtiölle. Vuonna 2017 Lesjöfors oli Euroopan toiseksi paras toimittaja.

Tanskan Lesjöfors on nimitetty vuoden 2017 yhtiöksi Bröndby-yhteisön toimesta. Lesjöfors saa palkinnon yhteiskuntasitoutumuksestaan tarjota monille työttömille harjoittelupaikkoja.

Slovakiassa on otettu käyttöön uudenlainen harjoitteluohjelma, joka lisää teknisten osaajien määrää. Vuonna 2017 Lesjöfors-yhtiö Centrum B* palkkasi nuoria työntekijöitä, jotka yhdistävät teknisen koulutuksen ja työharjoittelun.

Isossa-Britanniassa toimiva Lesjöfors-tytäryhtiö European Springs & Pressings Ltd:n Yorkshiren toimisto ja varaston ovat käyneet pieniksi. Nyt se siirtyy uuteen, tarkoitusta varten rakennettuun laitokseen Huddersfieldissä.

Hannover Messe on yksi maailman suurimmista teollisuusmessuista. Tapahtuma järjestettiin 23.-27.4, ja siihen osallistui 225 000 vierailijaa ja 6 500 näytteilleasettajaa. Lesjöforsin esittelypiste sai osakseen paljon kiinnostusta.

Vuonna 2017 Beijer Alman stipendi myönnettiin Latvian Lesjöforsin kehitysinsinööri Zigurds Sudintsille. Zigurd voitti palkinnon innovatiivisesta lähestymistavastaan, innokkuudestaan ja osaamisestaan.

Lesjöfors-konserniin kuuluva Velleuer on kehittänyt saksalaiselle autoteollisuudelle puristusten valmistusprosessin, joka täyttää ankarat puhtausvaatimukset. Komponentit puhdistetaan, huuhdellaan ja kuivataan räätälöidyissä pesulaitteissa.
