Flat Springs are parts made of strip material where the material is stressed in the bending process and the relation between deflection and force is a vital part of the function. Their design can be varied extensively to fulfil both load-deflection and assembly requirements.
Depending on the project, we manufacture flat springs in processes ranging from manual to fully automatic. We work with standard spring steel, different stainless grades and a large range of nickel and copper based alloys. Different surface treatments are available for corrosion protection or aesthetic purposes.
