Traction gas springs differ from conventional gas springs in that they operate in the pull direction rather than pushing out with force. In the unloaded state, the spring is compressed with the piston rod inside the cylinder.
Traction gas springs can be used in a variety of applications like doors, hatches and lids that require opening or closing in a controlled manner.
Our standard stock range consists of over 110 items traction gas springs, with forces ranging from 150N – 1200N and strokes from 50mm up to 400mm. All quickly available for delivery to our customers.
