One example of this is a safety award that Lesj\u00f6fors China received from the local government, Xinqiao in Changzhou.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Xinqiao administration chose to award Lesj\u00f6fors China in strong competition with about 500 other companies. Only five companies were selected for the award Advanced Collectives of Safety Management. The prestigious award included both a certificate and a symbolic amount of money to Lesj\u00f6fors China and their safety administrator Shi Nian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SAFETY FOCUS IN MANY ASPECTS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A safe and sound work environment has a high priority on the Lesj\u00f6fors groups\u2019 agenda since many years. The background is to comply with both AON\u00b4s loss prevention standard and risk grading as well as with local demands to reduce injuries and accidents all over China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Louis Tong<\/strong>, Operations Manager of Lesj\u00f6fors China comments on the companies dedicated safety focus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cBefore we started the work with AON, the 5S and safety work was on a low level but in past years we have worked effortlessly and focused which have brought constant improvements\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DAILY SAFETY WALKS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mikael Andersson<\/strong>, Managing Director of Lesj\u00f6fors China introduces more actions in the safety work:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cWe have been working hard and focused with our work environment but we still have a way to go before we reach 100 per cent goal fulfilment. We have more tasks on the agenda and our next step will be to implement&nbsp;<strong>Gemba Walk Management<\/strong>&nbsp;where daily walks will increase the safety level even further and prevent unsafe acts and consequently prevent injuries.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A COMPLETE SPRING RANGE IN CHINA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Lesj\u00f6fors China is supplying the complete Lesj\u00f6fors product range mainly to customers in China but they also support several international customers with competitive production set up and smart solutions in other parts of the world. Main customers are European owned companies with operations in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of many key success factors throughout the years have been high technical competence in&nbsp;springs&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesjoforsab.com\/product\/stampings\/\">stampings<\/a>.
