Karlstad, Sweden<\/strong> – One of Lesj\u00f6fors\u00b4 core principles is to be in forefront of technology. Whatever requirement the customer has, our staff needs to be skilled to be able to solve the matter or get expertise from another specialized company in the group. That is why Lesj\u00f6fors arrange technical meetings annually for technical and sales staff, one meeting focusing on the industrial spring area and one for pressings<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Technical topics and time for networking<\/h4>\n\n

In November, employees from our companies in business area pressings met for a two-day conference in Stockholm. Overall, there were 20 people attending from our companies in Sweden, Latvia, the UK and Germany. Stefan Musslinder, head technical manager in the group, had put together a comprehensive program including presentations, group discussions and exchange of experiences from many different areas. There were also a lecture from an external partner company. The two days also included tours at the production units in V\u00e4llingby and Tyres\u00f6.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cI think all participants were pleased with the meeting. It\u00b4s a good opportunity to share knowledge and experience and to deepen personal relationships.
