Die \u00dcbernahme st\u00e4rkt zudem den Wachstumskurs der Lesj\u00f6fors Group durch die Erweiterung der Produktkapazit\u00e4ten. Dies baut auf dem Ruf von Lesj\u00f6fors auf, das breiteste Produktsortiment der Branche anzubieten.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IIS betreibt sechs Produktionsst\u00e4tten in der Region Mumbai und ist auf Tellerfedern<\/a>, Federscheiben und allgemeine Federn spezialisiert. Das Unternehmen beliefert eine Vielzahl nationaler und internationaler Branchen, darunter die Ventil-, Energie-, Ingenieur- und Luftfahrtindustrie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus bietet IIS auch die Produktionsmethode der Warmumformung an, was die Warmumformungsproduktion von Lesj\u00f6fors auf drei spezialisierte Standorte in Europa und Indien ausweitet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

IIS<\/a> besch\u00e4ftigt rund 230 Mitarbeitende. Durch die \u00dcbernahme erh\u00f6ht sich die Zahl der Lesj\u04e7fors-Belegschaft auf \u00fcber 2600 weltweit. Das Unternehmen erwirtschaftet einen Jahresumsatz von 8,5 Millionen Euro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lesj\u00f6fors-CEO Ola Tengroth erkl\u00e4rt: \u201cIIS ist unsere erste Akquisition in Indien.
