Network of local distributors
Lesjöfors Russia’s customers are located all over Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus so transport distances are enormous. In each country, we work with local distributors who deliver springs to the customers’ warehouses. A typical customer is a wholesale buyer. As a rule, the customer should have its’ own warehouse and have a high range of spare parts as well as an extensive sales network. Most of our customers are online stores and we deliver almost on a daily basis to these customers.
Popular automotive exhibition in Kazakhstan
On April 6 and 7, Lesjöfors participated in Phaeton Expo, an exhibition of automotive components in Shymkent, Kazakhstan. The city is the third most populated city in Kazakhstan and one of its largest industrial, commercial and cultural centers forms the country’s second largest agglomeration. The exhibition is held every second year; this was the first time in Shymkent. Companies from nearly fifteen countries was represented in the spacious exhibition hall. Among them were worldwide manufacturers and suppliers of auto parts, lubricants and equipment for passenger car service stations. The Lesjöfors stand had countless visitors, from car repair industry specialists and Phaeton customers to owners of retail chains and stores, and not to forget, pure car enthusiasts. The visitors came from different and far-off regions, even from neighboring countries of Kazakhstan – Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
Great response with many requests
In the Lesjöfors stand, our Russian representatives Konstantin Breze and Sergey Chumakov, displayed coil and gas springs in some popular models. They experienced a great interest from the visitors. “The visitors were interested in absolutely everything: our manufacturing process, warranty conditions, availability and of course how to purchase products, so we are very content with the outcome”, says Sergey Chumakov, Marketing Manager at Lesjöfors Springs LCC in Russia.
Spring seminar and interesting questions
Lesjöfors also held a seminar about the advantages and features of the products. The rich program of the exhibition’s seminars was interesting and useful for representatives of small services and large centers. Konstantin Breze, head of Lesjöfors Russia concludes: “The exhibition is a unique platform for interactive communication. It helps to identify the needs of producers and consumers to orient among the widely represented products.
