Kravet var, at trykfjedrene skal kunne klare et arbejdsmilj\u00f8 p\u00e5 flere hundrede grader og v\u00e6re meget holdbare. Desuden skulle fjedrene v\u00e6re ATEX-certificerede, dvs. ikke udg\u00f8re nogen eksplosionsfare.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interne dr\u00f8ftelser mellem flere selskaber<\/h4>\n\n<p>Salgschef Andr\u00e9 Boskemper kontaktede koncernens teknologichef Stefan Musslinder for at dr\u00f8fte muligheder og udfordringer. Efter dr\u00f8ftelser med Per Davidsson, teknisk chef p\u00e5 fabrikken i Lesj\u00f6fors, fik man den id\u00e9 at pr\u00f8ve at fremstille trykfjedre i v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsst\u00e5l. V\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsst\u00e5l anvendes normalt til industriv\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer og fremstilles af Uddeholm, som er den verdensf\u00f8rende producent p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det med produktion i nabokommunen Hagfors. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tests og m\u00e5linger<\/h4>\n\n<p>Hvis fjedre skal kunne klare ekstreme temperaturer, er en af mulighederne at fremstille dem i rustfrit st\u00e5l eller at bruge superlegeringer som f.eks. Inconel eller Nimonic. Ulempen er, at dette er meget dyrt sammenlignet med v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsst\u00e5l. Desuden er fjedrenes holdbarhed ganske lav ved grove dimensioner. Derfor s\u00e5 Lesj\u00f6fors et stort potentiale i at lave fjedre i v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsst\u00e5l og besluttede at fremstille nogle prototyper og teste dem. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Stefan Musslinder<\/strong> kommenterer udviklingsprocessen:&#13;\n<em>&#8220;Vi fremstillede ti fjedre i v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsst\u00e5l p\u00e5 cirka 10 kilo stykket og h\u00e6rdede dem til en h\u00e5rdhed p\u00e5 50 Rockwell C. Derefter testede vi varmebestandigheden ved at trykke dem til en stump tilstand, da de var mellem 200 og 300\u00b0C. P\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de kan vi afg\u00f8re, hvordan fjedrene t\u00e5ler h\u00f8je temperaturer. Testresultaterne er meget positive, og vi ser frem til at foretage flere tests i l\u00e6ngere perioder.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">H\u00f8j kvalitet og god pris<\/h4>\n\n<p>Der er et stort potentiale for fjedre i v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsst\u00e5l, da Lesj\u00f6forsselskabet i \u00c5minnefors i Finland ogs\u00e5 har modtaget henvendelser fra Asien om lignende fjedre. <\/p>\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Det er ikke ualmindeligt, at vi modtager foresp\u00f8rgsler om fjedre, der eksempelvis skal arbejde i n\u00e6rheden af en ovn eller i flowventiler til damp. Trykfjedre i v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsst\u00e5l kan blive et rigtig godt og prisvenligt alternativ i mange applikationer, hvor fjedrene skal kunne t\u00e5le forh\u00f8jede temperaturer&#8221;, siger <\/em><strong>Per\u00a0Davidsson<\/strong>, teknisk chef for Lesj\u00f6fors Fj\u00e4drar i Lesj\u00f6fors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>P\u00e5 fabrikken i Lesj\u00f6fors foreg\u00e5r der et sp\u00e6ndende udviklingsarbejde og tests.
