Tinglev, Denmark – The new FUL 56 Wafios machine is a universal compression spring coiling machine which enables Lesjöfors Tinglev to increase their range in wire diameter from Ø4,50 mm to Ø6,00 mm. The wider spring range has already resulted in new business with existing customers and more enquiries are continuously coming. Besides the opportunity in new business, the machinery also enables high-speed production, which is positive for delivery times.

“So far, we have moved a trading item from another supplier to our own production site with great success and this is just the beginning. We are now more competitive with a considerably higher capacity, and can take on more projects. The cost of the new machinery was EUR 375 000.
