Background
The customer came to Lesjöfors with an enquiry for a component that had to be held, so that a cable could be threaded through and then soldered.
Action
Lesjöfors suggested a considerably simplified component, without holes, where we soldered the cable on directly in the multislide machine that made the component.
Improvement
Considerable cost saving and delivery of a complete sub-assembly.
