Torsion springs are mainly customised

Most of the torsion springs that the Lesjöfors group make are purely customised products, i.e. they are not found anywhere else.

Most torsion springs can be made and finished in one machine from the beginning, which means that finishing operations are unusual.

Facts

The Lesjöfors group can make torsion springs from, 0.10 - 50 mm wire
Materials do not normally impose any limits at Lesjöfors. However, there may be radius limits for unique materials.
In most cases, our standard spring items can be used at the start of a development project.
