Die springs - for special needs

We have produced die springs for many years, as part of our endeavour to be the most complete spring supplier.

Die springs are fairly similar to compression springs in its design and function, and are mainly used in tools for plastic injection moulding, punching, casting etc. In other words, die springs are used where long service life in tougher conditions is needed.

Disc springs are used in objects where there the spring has limited space for work. Depending on how tightly the threads are, the die springs ability to withstand stress and pressure vary.

A die spring has rectangular threads instead of round threads.
