Lesjöfors is constantly looking for opportunities to acquire manufacturing companies in our fields of operations; springs and pressings.
We are mainly looking for companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Our goal is to strengthen Lesjöfors as a global spring manufacturer, which we would do best by being a "local" manufacturer in many markets. Local manufacture is often necessary to create a strong local market position. We strengthen local companies' positions in their markets by benchmarking and by providing completing products. Our network of manufacturing and distributing companies in several markets also strengthens the Lesjöfors Group as a whole.
